Chiropractic care built for the body that's building someone.
Webster technique. Pelvic alignment. Postpartum re-entry. In coordination with your OB and pelvic-floor PT — not in competition with them.
What I treat
Prenatal back + hip pain
SI joint dysfunction, pubic symphysis instability, and round ligament pain. Safe, modified technique throughout all trimesters.
Fetal positioning
Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment designed to reduce uterine tension and allow optimal fetal positioning.
Postpartum recovery
Pelvic floor handoffs, core re-engagement, and the kind of postnatal care your OB never thought to mention.
How it works
I'm trained in prenatal chiropractic, including the Webster technique. I modify technique at every stage of pregnancy — no prone positioning after the first trimester, modified drop-table or side-posture work throughout. I coordinate actively with your pelvic-floor PT and OB.
The referral network
I'm the chiropractor that Charlotte pelvic-floor PTs, Pilates instructors, and doulas refer their clients to. If you're working with any of those providers, mention their name at intake.
