You're not broken. You just need a chiropractor who actually listens.
Care with an endpoint. Built for active women in Charlotte who'd rather be in Pilates than on a treatment plan. Most patients are out in four to six visits — not forty.
30-minute first visit · $125 · Cash, HSA, FSA accepted
If you wait, this is what the next six months look like.
You'll keep canceling Pilates. You'll keep googling "hip flexor stretches" at 11pm. You'll get another ten-minute appointment with someone who hands you muscle relaxers and a PT referral. You'll be told your hips are tilted, your neck is text-necked, and "that's just how it is now." You'll start to wonder, quietly, if you're becoming the woman with a bad back at thirty-five.
You're not. You've just been dismissed.
A clear plan. A real endpoint.
Book your first visit
30 minutes, $125
Full intake, exam, and your first treatment. We figure out what's actually going on — not what a brochure says is going on.
Get a real diagnosis and a real plan
Adjustment, dry needling, cupping, muscle scraping — whatever your body actually needs. Not a 36-visit package. A specific plan, in plain English.
Get out of pain. Get back to your life.
Most patients are out in four to six visits. You'll leave with the tools to stay out of my office, not a calendar full of return visits.
I built this practice for the woman I used to be.
Before Just Peachy I worked at a high-volume chiropractic chain. I watched women get sold 36-visit treatment plans before I'd had a chance to actually examine them. I watched them get scared into care with X-rays they didn't need. I watched smart, busy women walk out the door with a brochure instead of a diagnosis.
I built Just Peachy as the practice I would have wanted them to find first.
I'm a Doctor of Chiropractic, Palmer Package certified, with seven years of clinical experience. But what I think actually matters more is this: I listen, I diagnose, I treat efficiently, and I tell you the truth about what's going on. Most of the time, that's enough.
The kind of pain that shows up in your real life.
"The Tuesday-meeting back tightness."
The lower-back ache that shows up after a back-to-back day at your desk. Adjustments, soft-tissue work, and a desk-setup conversation that actually changes something.
"My hip is locked again."
Hip flexor tightness from sitting all day. Or the post-Pilates pull that won't release. Most of the time it's not a tilt — it's a tension pattern, and we can move it in one or two visits.
"Tech neck and the headache that comes with it."
The C-curve at the desk that becomes a low-grade headache by 3pm. Adjustments + targeted muscle work + something better than 'sit up straight.'
"Postpartum and not feeling like myself yet."
Pelvic-floor handoffs, core re-engagement, and the kind of postnatal chiropractic care your OB never thought to mention.
"I tweaked something at barre."
Active-recovery chiropractic. The work that gets a Pilates and barre body back into class — not a four-week spectator.
Things we don't do here.
- — X-ray sales pitches.
- — 36-visit treatment plans.
- — "Subluxation crises."
- — "You'll need to see me forever."
- — Telling you your spine is degenerating to upsell a package.
What I do: listen. Diagnose. Adjust efficiently. Send you back to your life.
What we do differently, in her own words.
Real women. Real outcomes. Real endings.
"Dr. Britt actually listened to everything I said instead of jumping to conclusions. I came in for hip pain after Pilates and left with a real plan — not a brochure. Three visits and I was back in class."
"I'd been to two other chiropractors before her. One put me on a 24-visit plan. One took X-rays I didn't need and scared me. Dr. Britt diagnosed me in 15 minutes, adjusted me, and I was out in five visits. This is how it should work."
"Postpartum recovery was hard enough without feeling dismissed. Dr. Britt was the first provider who actually coordinated with my pelvic-floor PT instead of competing with her. Four visits. I feel like myself again."
"I was skeptical of chiropractors after a bad experience at one of those adjustment mills. Dr. Britt is nothing like that. She explained every single thing she was going to do before she did it. My tech neck is gone."
"She told me I'd probably need six visits. I needed four. I appreciated that she was honest about it from the start instead of stringing me along."
